Training and Documentation Department

(SWES) offers a full service documentation and training department, providing its customers with equipment/system documentation and training designed with your learning objectives in mind.  We utilize a methodic and professional instructional system design, combined with our subject-matter expertise, to ensure cost-effective, safe and reliable operations.

As part of our service, we staff all our projects with personnel that have already proven themselves in the work arena, with many years of industry related work experience. These personnel are fully screened by our staff and their background is matched to your particular process.  We have experienced personnel available in the Power, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Pulp & Paper Industries.

Documentation development and training can be done on-site, so we can focus on site-specific, not generic, issues.
