S&W Energy Solutions, Inc. utilizes the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), which consists of five major elements; Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
By analyzing your training requirements and designing and developing training objectives prior to implementing the training program, we are better able to determine whether the training objectives were met. This philosophy is incorporated into all of our training programs.
